Wow!

A great title

Can snoring actually turn fatal?

Snoring in itself is non fatal

But you have to keep in mind the possibility of Sleep Apnoea which is life threatening

A small proportion of snorers suffer from sleep apnoea

The best tip is if in doubt, consult your doctor or local sleep clinic

A good online snoring resource is Understanding Snoring

A great article about a very serious issue. While your other commentors are correct about sleep apnoea causing severe snoring and being very deadly, the product you recommend could be a great solution for those of us who snore, but don't have sleep apnoea.

Snoring can certainley be fatal if it is tied to asleep apnea. I have sleep apnea and my biggest problem is I can't sleep with the mask on. I was only sleeping 2 hours a night with the mask.

I am considering getting a dental applaince that may help

There is a natural way to eliminate snoring completely. Try to sleep on your stomach or sleep on a side. Sleep with your head elevated help to open your airway and thus make breathing easier and reduce snoring.

Quit smoking as this worsens breathing problems and causes irritation of the airway.
